Jerry Turney works with USNow, the dominant company leading the innovation and evolution of Limited Benefit Products in the United States. USNow is closely affiliated with Pan American Life Insurance Company, the leading provider of insurance products for Latin America and the United States Hispanic Market since 1911.
Mr. Turney brings more than 30 years of diversified Health and Special Risk insurance experience to his innovative work with Limited Benefit Medical Plans and Medical Tourism. Mr. Turney’s extensive major medical insurance experience includes Taft-Hartley Union Trust Fund Consulting in San Francisco, California and throughout the Western United States.
Mr. Turney joined Blue Cross of California and served in senior positions within the Blue Cross-Blue Shield system in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Phoenix, Arizona before joining Anchor Pacific Underwriters, the parent company of The Harden Group, a large Third Party Administrator with several offices in the Western United States. Mr. Turney served on the Board of Directors of Anchor Pacific Underwriters and as a senior executive of Harden & Company until the company was sold to outside investors.
Mr. Turney then joined Pan American Life Insurance Company in the newly formed Worksite & Special Risk Division to expand the line of what were then known as “MiniMed Plans” and to broaden the company’s distribution capability. It was in this capacity that Mr. Turney met David Lindsey, President and CEO of USNow, the premier innovator and marketer of what are now known as “Limited Benefit Medical Plans”. Mr. Turney currently works with USNow to develop plan innovations such as Medical Tourism and to develop major sales producer capacity throughout the United States and Latin America.
Mr. Turney resides in Scottsdale, Arizona while concentrating on business development both nationally in the United States and in Central and South America.
