Since 1999, Mr. Dieck–Assad has been the CEO of Hospital San José Tec de Monterrey. During this period, Hospital San José Tec de Monterrey doubled its size in terms of services offered and infrastructure available. In addition, he has undertaken diverse strategies that renewed the hospital’s equipment and IT platform, including those that have been critical for offering innovative and more effective services. In spite of the large investments concluded in this period, the hospital has strengthened its financial self-sufficiency and self–growth capacities.
Mr. Dieck–Assad attains a remarkable career at the Tecnologico de Monterrey. He was Professor of Industrial Engineering, Managing Director of its Employee’s Retirement Fund, Managing Director of the Real Estate Department, and Director of Operations at Hospital San José Tec de Monterrey.
