Dr. Chad Holloway is president of Global Health Solutions, LLC, an international healthcare consulting company. He and his team provide marketing, contracting, strategic planning, and project management services related to medical tourism to healthcare providers and consumers. Prior to founding Global Health Solutions, LLC, he held a variety of healthcare insurance and hospital positions. At WellPoint, Inc., the largest U.S. healthcare insurer in terms of membership and the holding company for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, he was responsible for medical cost containment for the Missouri plan, managing strategic and financial planning for three WellPoint, Inc.

Dr. Holloway has a Ph.D. from the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, Florida; a master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, in St. Louis, Missouri; and was awarded a post-doctoral fellowship in mental health services research at the University of Wisconsin, in Madison, Wisconsin.
