Cecile Billiet graduated in Social and Political Sciences at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. After a career in International Relations with the European Commission and with the Belgian Foreign Service, she worked during 15 years as a real estate broker in Belgium and in Spain. In 2005 she moved to Guatemala, where she is serving on the Board of Guatemala´s Health & Wellness Tourism Commission with Agexport (Guatemala´s Export Association) She is founder of SPA-MED-HOLIDAY, a pioneer for the Wellness and Medical tourism sector in Guatemala.

Cecile´s philosophy is to make a patient´s visit to Guatemala as safe and as pleasant as possible.. She puts patients in contact with the most reputable Doctors, based on their credentials, expertise and above all their ethics.
